Turkey e-Visa Requirements and How to Apply Online (2024)

Türkiye (formerly Turkey) is a melting pot of diverse cultures, a land of surreal landscapes, and gastronomic delights. With its long and fascinating history, spanning ancient civilizations and empires, Türkiye offers a journey you won’t find elsewhere. Having visited twice, I can assure you, it’s a destination that should be on your bucket list. If you’re looking for a sign to visit Türkiye, consider this post your green light! But before you book that flight, remember that Filipinos need a Turkish visa, either a regular visa through the Turkish embassy or a Turkey e-Visa online.

If navigating the Turkey visa process feels daunting, consider getting help from a trusted travel agency. They can simplify the process and assist you with the steps to obtain your Turkey Visa Online, making your journey to explore Turkey’s rich culture and beautiful landscapes smoother and stress-free.

Who is Eligible for Turkey e-Visa?

Visitors to Türkiye can apply for either a regular visa or an e-Visa. The process is straightforward and hassle-free, provided you have a valid visa or residence permit from the United States, any Schengen country, the United Kingdom, or Ireland. If you don’t have any of these, unfortunately, this post won’t be able to assist with the regular visa application, as I haven’t gone through that process myself at the Turkish Embassy in Manila. But if you do have a valid US, UK, Schengen, or Ireland visa/residence permit, read on to learn how to easily obtain your e-Visa.

What countries are eligible for Turkish e-Visa?

Here is the list of countries eligible for a Turkey e-Visa:

Afghanistan, Algeria, Antigua and Barbuda, Armenia, Australia, Bahamas, Bangladesh, Barbados, Bermuda, Bhutan, Cambodia, Cape Verde, China, Croatia, Dominica, Dominican Republic, East Timor, Egypt, Equatorial Guinea, Estonia, Fiji, Greek Cypriot Administration of Southern Cyprus, Grenada, Haiti, Hong Kong, India, Iraq, Jamaica, Latvia, Libya, Lithuania, Maldives, Mauritius, Mexico, Nepal, Pakistan, Palestine, Philippines, Saint Lucia, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Senegal, Solomon Islands, South Africa, Sri Lanka, Suriname, Taiwan, Vanuatu, Vietnam, and Yemen.
