South Korea has always fascinated me with its rich history and vibrant culture, which I’ve admired through countless Korean dramas. From the grandeur of royal palaces and charming traditional Hanok villages to the artistry of ceramics, the allure of rice wine, and the elegance of Hanbok, there’s so much to love. But I never imagined my memories of South Korea would include something quite… kinky. Enter Jeju Loveland, a one-of-a-kind park that’s as bold as it is surprising. Let me take you on a journey to this unexpected side of Jeju Island!

About Jeju Loveland
Jeju Loveland is a unique outdoor theme park located on the breathtaking volcanic island of Jeju, South Korea. Unlike anything else on the island, this playful attraction showcases over 100 erotic, humorous, and downright silly sculptures that are sure to spark curiosity and laughter. The park’s bold and creative pieces were masterfully designed by a group of talented art school graduates from Hongik University in Seoul, making it a celebration of artistic freedom and cheeky humor.
As many Korean drama fans might already know, Jeju Island is a beloved destination for Koreans, especially couples, thanks to its warm climate and picturesque landscapes. I discovered that the island is particularly popular among honeymooners, making it a go-to romantic getaway. Given this reputation, creating an erotic park like Jeju Loveland is nothing short of a brilliant idea—it’s quirky and bold!

How to get to Jeju Loveland
Getting to Jeju Loveland is straightforward and convenient. The park is located just a short 10-minute drive from Jeju International Airport.
When we arrived in Jeju, we didn’t have a fixed itinerary. Instead, we relied on the expertise of Mr. Kang, our friendly driver and tour guide, to help us make the most of our two days on the island. After sharing that we wanted to see some of Jeju’s most famous attractions, he suggested starting with the western side of the island since it was closer to our hotel. That sounded perfect to us! Among the places we mentioned wanting to visit was, of course, the quirky and iconic Jeju Loveland.
For a stress-free experience, you can also book a Jeju Island private car charter, which gives you the flexibility to visit Jeju’s top attractions, including Jeju Loveland, at your own pace. While public transportation is available, having a private car or a knowledgeable local guide can make your trip even more enjoyable and efficient.

It was awkward at first to walk around the park because of penis-shaped things you will see everywhere. But it is impossible not to appreciate how creative and how artistically the sculptures were done. Here’s some of photos I took in Jeju Loveland, Enjoy!
